Hello Sheila,
Following the first meeting here is the summary of what we think is necessary to move on, please feel free to add extras in case we missed something out. Unfortunately, on asking about the format of the book, all courses will have to adhere to a 210 x 210 book and there will be only a choice of three stocks, Fred is in talks with the printers to get mock ups of each so that we can bring them down to you so you can make a decision. This would mean that any surplus information such as visits  or visiting professional info might not make it into the publication due to costs.

Obviously this is a little annoying as we were all excited about the possibility of the yearbook taking a magazine like format, and as you really want to get the personality of the course across, we think it might be a good idea to consider getting an additional low cost set of prints to take with you to London. I.E. a small magazine/zine, that could be printed in digital print downstairs for a very reasonable price, if you'd like we could mock up a few ideas as to how this would be executed and give you a list of costs, this could work out cheap as we aren't restricted by stocks downstairs. This would work with the idea of the tote bags that we discussed during the meeting. As for the budget, Fred and/or Amber is going to get in touch with you about the costs.

We are a little confused about the files you sent over, we only have the names of the students and no contact details, at this moment in time we can use dummy text for that information and course details etc so that isn't a big issue at the moment, did you send over the other details? We only got two excel files of registers.
